Enjoyable

I'm very happy with my purchase of the Cruse and most of all everyone went out of there way to make my experience the best I have ever had! Michael Mcleod was very knowledgeable about the product and went out of his way to show me all the features and safety features on the car and answer any questions that I had. Kodos to everyone ERIC C. WOODS

Oil Change & Tire rotation

Great price & value for the oil change & tire rotation. But had some phone problems getting through to get my service scheduled. Had to do it over the phone, the online service scheduling program did NOT work for me.

Great service, good coffee.

Dana (my Service Advisor) was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took the extra time to explain everything to me. He told me when my vehicle would be ready, and it was, within 5 minutes. Milton Rueben needs to give him a raise and a pat on the back. Thanks Dana for everything you do for my two vehicles.

I bought new for almost as much as used.

I liked how the closer was able to answer my questions and make any part of the deal that was questionable to me much better. For example he gave me the 100k warranty because I wasn't really digging the 72k or the 85k warranty. Having a warranty to me is a big deal, but the cost didn't seem that smart to me until he dropped the 100k warranty on me. He was also able to get me a better price for the car I wanted which is always great. I was expect 3.25% under invoice but I was able to get a even more rediculously good deal. Overall I'm pretty happy with the experience.

Proud to be a Chevrolet Customer @ Milton Ruben

Initially, I was skeptical about purchasing 4 tires from the dealership because I thought the cost would be less elsewhere...I inquired by phone and the service person (Tom)gave me the out the door price and a contact name. I was very pleased with the price and Tom explained everything in a way that I could understand. I didn't mind the long wait and the service was worth it.

Friendliness from the lady that helped me--can't remember her name at the moment. I liked that she knew my name and talked to me like someone she actually knew. I felt that my car was in good hands.

Great Service and Great Sales Team

I think the sales person makes the difference. Al Phleming made the experience easy and less time consuming than other dealerships and he worked hard to get me in a car while staying in the price range I requested. The financing was also an easy process as well.
