Reliable Toyota

In 2025 we purchased a used 2024 RAV4 and were not informed that the vehicle had been involved in two prior accidents. We were not told or shown the CarFax reports, they did not give us any documentation disclosing the accident history. The salesman also stated that the tires were new, which we have since learned was not true. He further told us that the 30,000 mile service had already been completed, even though the vehicle had approximately 28,000 miles at the time of purchase. Two days after bringing the vehicle home, a warning light appeared. When we returned the car for service, we were told that a mouse had chewed through a wire during the short time we had the vehicle. This explanation was questionable, as the car was driven most of those two days. The repair cost us about $600.
