OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Outstanding service with detailed reporting. Honest folks to deal with. Keith/Service Dept. does an outstanding job keeping up updated as well. Great Dealership/ This is my 7th Cadilllac and will buy more from these folks. "GREAT JOB"

Great service friendly people clean facilities

I called to find out if the warning light should be taken seriously or just wait till next service. They said not to wait got me a loaner car took three days to fix and all is well I hope

Great Service. Wonderful employees

This was our second visit for the same problem. They originally said that there was nothing wrong. However, on the second visit, Denny(from service dept) rode with me in the car and then drove it himself. He said "the front end collision warning was not working" That is why we took it in the first. Thanks to Denny's effort, it is now fixed.

Great service, you feel you matter!

You have the MOST friendliest people there. They are so helpful and I truly felt that I was important. I will tell anyone that is looking to purchase a Cadillac or any other brand you sell, to go to Bommarito first. Service is everything to me. I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you for making me feel special. This was my first experience with Bommarito. I can kick myself all these other years when I purchased vehicles elsewhere.

Excellent patience and service

Am unsure if moving vehicles around is productive. It is confusing to the customer. Do to no fault of the salesman.I list my drivers license in one of the 3 white carsI was in. The cars were rotated and moved causing uundue stress. Both Steve and Dennis treated me with respect and dignity. I am enjoying my new Cadillac with my duplicate license. Thanks Steve and Dennis for your awesome service!

Service

The Service department is excellent! Sales department I have not delt with the salesmen yet. Labor is a little high , however; they do a very nice job. Nice place .
