Great service, poor prices..
I feel that items, out of warranty of course, are prices way beyond proportion... For instance, $530.00 for at thermostat installation? Really??

We were in there for a Recall, and an oil change. The men were courteous, it was good to see Mr. Howell, when we purchase another Cadillac, we will definitely look him up!

Recall issues and front bra

1 year service oil change tires rotated etc
Keith again as always was excellent in his work. Answered my questions, was very thorough in the service on my 2014 SRX. Art also helped answer my questions. They both are the reason I deal with Bommarito. When they leave I will leave. I am purchasing two 2017 cadillacs due to their due diligence and attitude when servicing my vehicle. You have two very very good service managers.
