Service folks are always very friendly. Estimates are right in the ballpark...no big surprises when you pick up your car. My car was nice and clean when I picked it up. Can't ask for much more than that.

I came in to get a check engine light fixed and expected to bring the car in the following week. I was able to leave the car the same day to get repaired. Much to my surprise I received a call several hours later from a very pleasant and sincere Debbie telling my car was done. Thanks Hudson Valley Volkswagen!!! Joe

I am using this dearshop since I bought my golf in here. I visited here to get 30,000 service. They are so experience about the car, they figure out what is the problem of my car when they hear the condition of car. Kind and friendly crews were explained the question and report and waiting time. You can enjoy the free wifi,coffee and snack while you are waiting the shop. And last time I used a pick up service. I was late the time when I wanted to pick up my company. But the driver kindly was waiting me. Awesome service and Friend dearshop. I recommand this dearshop is definetely good to go when you have a question or problem on your VW car.

After talking to all the VW dealerships in the area we decided to lease with Hudson Valley VW. The price on the lease was pretty much the same at all the dealerships but at Hudson Valley the people we dealt with were the major reason we leased from them. They were friendly,professional and gave us all the information we needed to make a decision without any pressure. We dealt with the Sales Manager, Business Manager and Salesman and all were extremely personable and truly nice people. I highly recommend this dealership.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile, asked if we needed any help and what we were looing for. They were closing but still let us test drive and purchase a car. We were able to pick up our new car in less then 24 hours. Now that's great service! Fran was amazing. Anything we needed or had questions about, he was able to help.
