wo hours for oil change and tire rotation is too
Two hours for oil change and tire rotation is too long. Second time this has happened. The service advisor said it was because management was not limiting slots so there were too many customers for the time period. This is poor customer service.

yes my visit at the Toyota dealership with Beverly was very good she's the most conscientious committed person they have at Northtown to Toyota.She is the the only person I'll deal with.I have had bad experience there in the past with other workers
