Great buying experience!!!

My entire experience at Northtown VW was excellent! My sales associate, Sandy, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He is an excellent asset to the dealership!

I thought we were treated very nicely.

I thought we were treated very nicely and fairly our initial sales rep was ver personalbe and courteous. A good start on a pleasant experience.

Second SUV in a year.

Second SUV in a year. (1st was totaled in accident) Came back to Eddie for same vehicle, fair deal, nice people!

never had a good experince in 3 years!

Terrible experiences!!!! Don't ever go here! I bought my vw here and did use there services for the first 3 years as it was free. I never had a good experince and several times they didn't fix the problem and I had to bring my car in twice. Would never reccomend or return here.
