Went to dealership's website and found the GMC Sierra 1500 Denali truck we wanted. But going to the dealership, the truck was not on the lot. The salesman searched and found the truck in Mississippi, 250 miles away. A week later the truck was here. We went to pick up the truck and were shocked! good sized hole in windshield from a rock, rock chips on front bumper and light scratches on both sides. Driver must have driven behind a dump truck. Also must had have the windows down because the interior was filthy. The inside of windshield was so dirty, we had to clean it before driving it home. Truck looked like a poor condition used truck. No window sticker or new car smell.

Felt like they really cared about what I wanted. Very easy to do business with. Everything was up front and could not have asked to be treated any better.
