Front wheel repair

I hit a curb with our 1012 Acadia causing significant damage to the right front wheel to the tune of $3,000. I called Schwans and they had a wrecker to tow it in within an hour after the call. After all the insurance paperwork was completed, the car was fixed within a couple of days. BRYANT RETZLAFF did a great job of coordinating the repair work - I really appreciate his efforts. After I received the Acadia back, I noticed it pulled to the right. A return trip confirmed that the alignment was right on but the cause was the new tire. Because the other 3 tires were worn, I needed to replace these 3 because of the all-wheel drive. I ordered the new tires from Schwans which will be mounted in the next few days. Unhappy Customer

Our vehicle was delivered to us with a very noticeable flaw. We thought everything would be fixed for us so we left and had it delivered to us. Also, I didn't appreciate how our salesman introduced himself to my husband but not to me. The finance man also did not take me seriously as a woman which I found very offensive. I will say that the other people I spoke to were very pleasant.

Always great customer service!!

I bought my 2011 Terrain from Schwan I love it, but I have had some things go wrong with the vehicle quit a few times and Troy in service was excellent always keeping up to date via phone call and friendly every time my car was brought in. I did express the time my car was there waiting for a part that if another rental terrain comes in can he switch me out of a car incase of weather and a few days later he called to switch me, showed he listened and cared for my needs. Once my vehicle was done he also called me to check on how my vehicle is running and if any questions or problems to call him. On March 12 a lady had hit my rear bumper and I took it into the body shop, Corey Rennich gave me an estimate and got me in right away the next morning! I was upset and distraught and was nice to hear "dont worry about a thing, we will get this fixed for you." Well this morning i picked up my vehicle and they did a nice job thanks Kyle! Great customer service, friendly, caring is what iv only experienced at Schwan and thats why i will always keep coming back. Thanks so much Troy, Corey Rennich and Kyle Bradner!!

**Buyer Beware**

Dealership sold me a pick up with pre existing problem knowingly and failed to mention to me at any time during the sale. They were more than happy to help sell me the vehicle, but as soon as that vehicle gave me problems to their "quick fix" tactics they wouldn't help nor did they have any interest in standing behind their service and were readily charging me a hefty bill. I believe you should have trust in the dealership you buy from and they certainly lack that trust. *Do not buy used from them* they do not back their vehicles they'll say you can add warranty options and what not when you buy it but never did so. Also as soon as you drive that vehicle off the lot their service warranty is voided because of buying used.
