Write a reviewBob Flick and Steve Amabile were incredible! This is our one year anniversary with the Atlas, and we are so thankful to Bob & Steve for helping us. They brought the car to us, we did all of the paperwork at home, the service was simply 100%. Thanks, guys!!

Bought my very first Volkswagon at Garnet this week and I love my new 2025 Tiguan. Jesus Devargas was my kind of salesman....no pressure! He was extremely patient and went out of his way to make sure I ended up with the perfect car for me. If you're in the market for a Volkswagon, go see Jesus!

Bought a Pre-Owned Chevy Equinox diesel from Brandon. Scheduled to pick up car on Saturday at 1pm and upon arriving had to wait 40 minutes. If we have an appointment things should be ready at the agreed time. That being said things went smoothly although their financing rates weren't that competitive. After leaving the dealership and driving for 15 minutes the check engine light came on. We called our sales rep, Brandon, and stated we were bringing car back to have them run a diagnostic to determine what the issue was. (Could be something simple) he spoke with his manage and called me back and said NO don't bring it here our diagnostic tool won't work. Go to Chevy dealership. HE did state that they would help cover cost. I asked him to send that in writing via email which I did receive after two requests. Since that point I have received no follow up calls from this organization, Brandon, no one! The Chevy dealer upon looking at the car noticed the wiper blades were broken, oil had not been changed, nothing had really been done to this car prior to being sold. Additionally after running the diagnostics it turns out the car needed a Catalytic Converter. Quite an expensive fix! The good news: turns out the car has a CPO warranty and everything was covered at no expense to me. VW Reading should have had me bring car back in and taken care of the issue without inconveniencing me. This is a Sub-Par dealership with NO Customer Service who clearly doesn't prepare their preowned vehicles properly

I had the most professional experience a car dealership. The salesperson Benjamin Raker was excellent. My initial contact was by phone, I wanted to get clarity on a car they had and my trade since the dealer was 1.5 hours away and I didn't want to waste my time or theirs. Discussions and email were professional and courteous. The whole process was excellent all the way through financing. If your looking for a honest and professional dealer, visit Reading Volkswagen.

I traded in my older convertible for a much more practical Jetta premium. Joe, the used car manager was great and gave me a higher dollar amount on my trade than any other place we looked. My saleman Ben was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the car we wanted, and at the best price we found. The finance manager Nick was also very helpful and accommodated our schedule on short notice. We're very happy with the new Jetta and the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommended! A

I Bought a low-mile, used '17 Passat from these guys and I love it. Ben Raker was an awesome salesman; he was professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and helped me into a car that was a better fit than what I had originally come in for. Joe the used car manager was helpful too, I guess. He gave me a better deal on my trade in than several other dealerships I visited. I highly recommend these guys, and I love my Passat!

I called to inquire about getting a tow hitch put on my 2014 Tiguan. They told me it would cost over $300 not wired. Over $850 if I wanted it wired. Plus they'd only put on a 1 1/4 inch, not a 2. I bought a really nice 2 inch hitch on Amazon for $70. The Tiguan HAS PREDRILLED HOLES! It took me 5 minutes to put it on, 4 bolts. I called a local body shop who said they'd wire it for $150. Everything done for $220. I know dealers are usually excessively priced on everything, but this was ridiculous.

I visited the VW of Reading after being referred there from a friend who has made multiple purchases from this location. I was greeted by Brendan, and I explained I had seen the advertisement for the 0% APR for 72 months on the 2020 Atlas. He told me that the dealer had expired and was only for the Cross Sport. I pulled up the website to point out the fine print showing it included the MY19 & MY20 Atlas, EXCLUDING the Cross Sport, which I wasn't interested in to begin with. He said that he didn't have any of the lot but he would look for some models and email me the next day. I said that I would take any color, except red, and that I was looking for a SEL Premium model. He wrote down my information and I never heard from him. It left a sour impression and I took my business to another VW dealership over a hour away.

Update to my review on the engine replacement on my golf R. I was smart this time and took it to my regular mechanic to replace my clutch/flywheel. More than 4 bolts were missing from the trans/diff. Volkswagen Reading was the last place to touch my trans when they pulled it to check the clutch/flywheel. Found a broken plug and a lot of other mistakes. For an over $9,000 job it looks like a 5 year old with his first set of tinker toys repaired my car.
