Great deal, very helpful people

I traded in my older convertible for a much more practical Jetta premium. Joe, the used car manager was great and gave me a higher dollar amount on my trade than any other place we looked. My saleman Ben was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the car we wanted, and at the best price we found. The finance manager Nick was also very helpful and accommodated our schedule on short notice. We're very happy with the new Jetta and the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommended! A

Rip off service

I called to inquire about getting a tow hitch put on my 2014 Tiguan. They told me it would cost over $300 not wired. Over $850 if I wanted it wired. Plus they'd only put on a 1 1/4 inch, not a 2. I bought a really nice 2 inch hitch on Amazon for $70. The Tiguan HAS PREDRILLED HOLES! It took me 5 minutes to put it on, 4 bolts. I called a local body shop who said they'd wire it for $150. Everything done for $220. I know dealers are usually excessively priced on everything, but this was ridiculous.

Worst sales experience

No effort or attempt to build a customer relationship. No respect for customers time. Archaic business practices and a complete unwillingness to show any flexibility. Rude sales staff that lacks even basic knowledge of their product.

Hi VW Owner, we're happy to address your issue, but there is nothing here that tells us who you are. And, nothing about your review sounds familiar. We're incredibly sorry to hear this and we will review this again internally. All the best to you.

I actually felt bad not buying from them

Unfortunately the vehicle I was shopping for wasn’t a available for financing with my bank (bank’s issue not the dealership’s) so I didn’t end up purchasing from them but the customer service was so great I wanted to leave a review. During my car shopping experience in all of my years I’ve never had a dealer try so hard to get me what I wanted. Their salesperson was so accommodating that he was even up and texting with me before the dealership was even open (due to my work hours). The sales manager tried everything he could without any nonsense or games. Next time I’m in the market they will be the first place I look.

Poor Car Service!

Poor car service experience! Avoid!! I went in for a few issues. One light issue was resolved and the other I was told I need a brand new windshield, in addition to parts to fix it. A friend later fixed the issue for FREE and without any new parts needed-saved me at least a thousand dollars from what vw wanted to charge me! In addition my car’s hood was left a crack open when I picked it up. I drove home without noticing and luckily my husband caught it. That could have been a dangerous situation and they took no accountability for it. When I told the service manager the only response I got was “oh that’s odd”. Then that very evening I got my car another alert appeared on my dashboard and another light issue appeared. I’m convinced they either purposefully or accidentally caused it, due to the timing. They refused to take ownership and had the audacity to tell me I’d have to pay about a thousand dollars to fix it. When I called to confirm I wouldn’t do the repair I left a message and asked they confirm I wouldn’t be charged anything so I wasn’t left with a surprise at checkout. I wasn’t but they never called me back, as they had before. Funny how they drop you as soon as they know your done with them taking advantage of you. I will never come back to vw for repairs after this terrible experience! Be ware of VW Reading!!

Exceptional Experience

Drove past a few weeks ago and a few of the cars in the lot caught my eye, I wasn’t in the market for ancar but had some time to kill so my friend Steph and I decided to go take a look around. We stuck to used cars mostly (although there were quite a few new cars, especially the Audi’s that caught my eye!) we were greeted the second we walked in the door, actually before we walked in the door because the first thing we did was walk outside in the lot looking at some of the Certified pre owned cars, we were barely there a minute before Brendan came up and introduced himself, he could not have been a nicer, more knowledgeable guy! We were up front saying we were just killing time, but he didn’t care and still grabbed keys for us to open some of the cars, offered refreshments etc. We eventually went inside and Brendan showed us some of the other pre owned cars they had, asked what we were currently driving, if we were interested what were we looking for etc. He even grabbed his boss, Joe, who I guess is the used car manager and he introduced himself, ended up taking us out in a beautiful black 2016 A5 that if I didn’t just recently lease a car I would have bought on the spot. The two of them really took the time to show us around, ask questions, make us feel comfortable and just seemed to care. Honestly, I wish I hadn’t just leased a car because I would have MUCH preferred buying from these guys then where I did get my car (which was closer to where I live and the opposite of this great experience). We got there cards and gave them our info. Well, this morning my friend steph who was with me decided she was buying that beautiful a5! Her car is a bit older, but still reliable, but she just couldn’t get over he great experience, service and deal, so as long as that car is still there this coming week it’s sold! Thank you Brendan and mike! You guys left such a great impression on us both that you sold a car to someone who wasn’t even in the market! You guys are THE GREATEST!

Highly recommend

GREAT DEALERSHIP. I’ve been going to these guys for years for service and whenever we’re in the market for a new or used car and they have never let me down! In fact, they usually exceed my expectations, which is why I won’t go anywhere else.

Incompetent Thieves

I had to have my fathers beetle towed due to the Engine Immobilizer triggered. I did not know where to have it serviced, so I figured who better than a VW dealership. Boy, was I wrong. They received the car in January, well it wasn't until May I got the car back. The bill was so high, I couldn't afford to pick it up until the following week. Then, they had the nerve to tell me they were going to charge me $20 a day storage fee. When I dropped the car off, the Engine Immobilizer light was on, when I picked it up, the same light still on, plus, the airbag light and charging system light were all glowing. When I had the vehicle towed there, the tow truck driver told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me where the module was that needed to be reprogrammed. He also said, "are you sure you want to take it there?". I didn't know any better and wished I had listened to him. Driving home on the highway, the car completely died, leaving me stranded. I had it towed to a local reputable garage that specializes in German autos. They told me the car's entire electrical system had been fried. At this point, it was going to cost thousands to have it repaired. So, thousands of dollars later, I had a 2006 VW Beetle which was perfectly fine, rendered useless by this dealership. If you have your vehicle serviced at this dealership, and you have a Service Advisor named Molly, RUN. She will not return your calls or answer your emails, the only time she contacts you, is to tell you how much more money you will need to spend, in order to get your car back.

Hello, we are sorry that our service relationship did not go as planned. But, we would at least like the opportunity to lay out the facts. The vehicle was towed in as a "no start". Your request was for us to "bring it back to life with the after market remote start intact". We then informed you that we could not do anything with the after market remote start, and that you should have Best Buy remove it since they installed it. Upon inspection we found a small black box with intertwined wires that were connected to random modules. The immobilizer itself had no communication at all. Since we can no longer get the part needed for the immobilizer from the factory, our Service Manager attempted to have it shipped elsewhere to be reprogrammed. You were informed about the status of your vehicle, as well as the costs associated with any repairs before we touched it. We only threatened a storage fee after the vehicle sat on our lot for over a month without being picked up. We knew the light was on for the immobilizer and we told you that, but you still wanted to take the vehicle that way. You also denied all other work that we recommended at the time. We made you aware that there were extensive electrical issues on the vehicle as well as mechanical issues before it was released. Please understand that we did everything possible to try to help you and keep the cost down as much as possible.

Horrible customer service

I called this dealership several times and the salesman Mike was supposed to call me back with answers to a few questions I had about the car, I was never contacted even when I tried to work with another salesman they seemed like they didn’t want to sell me the car because I was not from there area. I even offered them more than asking price. Its been 2 weeks and not nobody has called to even offer a comparable vehicle
