We recently purchased a vehicle through battison Honda okc. My son came the weekend before talked with a sales person and liked a specific car. We came back the next weekend ready to purchase. We were approached by a woman and she handed us over to the salesman who already knew my son. I felt like she cared about our experience and for her coworkers as well and not just getting a sale for herself. I did not get her name. We worked with Jordan Gutherie. He was amazing. Very professional and did everything he could to give us a good experience and get us out the door with the car we wanted in a timely manner. Our finance person was Sam. I didn’t get his last name but he was also amazing and very professional. We felt like they cared for us as individuals and not just a commission. Every one of the employees treated us with kindness and respect through our whole time there. They all are highly recommended.

I purchased a Honda from Battison Honda, and approximately 30–45 days later I experienced a catastrophic tire failure while traveling. I immediately went to Discount Tire, where I was told the remaining tires had sidewall dry rot and were not considered safe to continue driving. Because I was away from home and safety was my priority, I had no choice but to replace all four tires before continuing my trip. I contacted Battison Honda because I wanted to understand how a vehicle that had supposedly been inspected could experience a catastrophic tire failure so soon after purchase. I was not asking for free tires—I simply wanted my safety concerns taken seriously. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed. During our conversation, it was suggested that Discount Tire was simply trying to sell me tires, rather than acknowledging that I had already experienced a catastrophic tire failure and had been advised that the remaining tires were unsafe. By the time I spoke with the dealership, the original tires had already been replaced because I could not safely continue my trip. While I appreciate that Grant responded to me, I was disappointed that the dealership's actions did not match the statement that they "stand behind their vehicles 100%." I expected more concern and a willingness to review what had happened after such a serious safety issue occurred so soon after my purchase. I was also disappointed that there was no meaningful discussion about the condition of the tires on a vehicle with approximately 38,000 miles. Instead, I was left with the impression that the dealership distanced itself from the issue by suggesting Discount Tire was simply trying to sell me new tires. My disappointment is not that I had to purchase new tires. My disappointment is that, after a catastrophic tire failure only weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I expected the dealership to treat my safety concerns as a priority and to take a closer look at what may have been missed during the inspection process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. As a result, I have serious concerns about purchasing another used vehicle from Battison Honda, and I hope future customers carefully consider how the dealership responds when a significant safety concern arises after the sale.

This dealership cost me money, broke their word, and wasted my time. When working with salesman Salman S, I included my tax, title, and license (TTL) in the deal. I specifically confirmed this with both him and the finance manager, since the paperwork I signed with the salesman was not in the final deal packet. Both assured me that my TTL was included. After receiving my registration paperwork, I realized there was no check for my TTL. I called the dealership multiple times — often left on hold for 15+ minutes, with no returned calls despite being promised one for two weeks straight. The front desk even knew my name from how many times I called. Out of frustration, I drove in on 08/22/25 to get answers. The sales manager admitted he remembered the TTL discussion but claimed since it wasn’t in the official paperwork, they couldn’t honor it. They offered me only half of my TTL, and when I asked to escalate, I was told I could meet with the general manager, Mohammad. After waiting three hours, I was told he likely went to lunch and I should expect a call instead — which I never received. Finally, on 08/25/25, I was told that TTL “wasn’t part of the deal” after all, leaving me stuck with a higher monthly car note and out the money I thought was financed into my deal. This dealership has shown poor communication, broken promises, and zero accountability. If you value honesty, transparency, and customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before buying a car here.

I just had my oil changed at Bettison Honda since I bought my Beautiful Honda Pilot 2025 there this year. Frank was the guy, he made sure I was satisfied with the service, he got me in and out in perfect time. He was great, kept me updated as to what they did and when I need to come back. Ashley B. was awesome as well, asked if I needed any water or coffee, Bettison Honda service was great. Thank you all for great service.

Will not go back. Saw a 2024 odyssey Elite online for 50,000 +. Called and asked if they still had that vehicle and that price. Said yes. Went in and looked at the vehicle, test drove. The sticker had 50,000 + and had another 1,700 added to it with add on’s like etched glass, mats, etc. Not near worth that, but some dealers do that and we can work with it. Not my complaint. That made it 52,000 +. The salesman came with a worksheet that said 54,000 for thr vehicle. I asked where the added 2000 came from as it was 50,000 plus the 1700 add on’s. He said the price of the car is 52,000 plus the add on’s. I said no, both online and on the window sticker. Yes, the window sticker. It says 52000 + total. He talked to thr manager and said they were both wrong (including when I called) and that’s the price. After going back and forth he talked to the manager again and he said they would discount it doen to the sticker price. How good of them. Jack up the price after going in to be able to “discount” it to sticker price. This is right out of car sales playbook from the old days. Thought I went back to the 80’s.
