I’m paying $707.88 on a 3-year lease for a 2025 CRV Hybrid.. The money guy started at $770.00 and dropped it immediately when I hesitated. I am 74-year old disabled woman veteran who has panic attacks when I am bullied. This is documented with the VA. The salesman and money guy pressured me so much that I broke into a pouring sweat and lost my ability to reason. $707.88 was not in my budget and the car is not worth that much. I have seen luxury cars for that amount. It’s not comfortable in that I bounce around when turning a corner or going over a bump. It’s not a luxury car. My trade in had 1300 miles, not a single scratch or rock chip and like new. They gave me the amount for a car “less than 10,000 mile,” which could be a vehicle with 9000 miles. If you’re an elderly woman, unfortunately, you’ll have to bring a male with you. I have leased Hondas in the Aurora/Denver area before and have always gotten a fair deal.

Patty Meier was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with me as I worked through the purchase of my car. She didn’t rush or push me in any way and she was very understanding to all of my questions, as it was my first time buying a car on my own. I have been doing business with Markley Motors since 2009. On September 18, 2025, I had fluid leaking from my 2016 Buick Encore. I took my vehicle to Markley to have it assessed. In addition to saying I needed a new water pump - $1124.31, I was told I also needed a new thermostat - $619.77, wiper blades - $63.08, air filter - $72.02, cabin filter - $139.36, BG fuel system - $544.34, valve cover gasket - $240.03, transmission flush - $330.92, BG fuel system service - $361.05, and tire pressure sensors - $979.75 for a total of $4474.63. I was charged $214.13 just to have my vehicle assessed for the leak and the tire pressure sensors. I requested a quote for new tire pressure sensors but was charged for an assessment. I took my Buick to Ricky's Garage in Fort Collins and found out that all I needed was a new thermostat housing assembly for a total of $343.35. Unless your vehicle is under warranty, you're going to be charged outrageous fees to have your vehicle serviced at Markley Motors in Fort Collins, CO.
