Write a reviewI spoke to these guys on a Saturday in July 2026 about a car on their lot to verify the condition noted in the ad was accurate. I was in the cities from out of state, looking to buy a car for my daughter, and noted that I was nearly 2 hours away at the time of the call. I drove all the way down to Rochester to see this car and noticed from across the lot when I pulled in that the hood wasn't latched. Turns out, the hood latch was broken, so no chance of driving the car back if I would have purchased it. I walked in and told the guy at the desk what was happening and he didn't seem too concerned. The 4-hour round trip from MSP to Rochester cut out 1/2 the time I had to check out the other cars I was interested that day, so not only did they waste my time and money, but they also ruined any chance I had of buying a car that weekend because you can't legally purchase a car in MN on a Sunday. Yes, this was a risk I took when I drove down, but I expected an honest representation of the car. A sales rep called me back a while after I left and offered to buy me lunch to make up for it after I explained the situation, which doesn't begin to cover what their dishonesty cost me.

To clarify, it was not actually a broken latch; it just needed some WD-40, as it seems to have been affected by the weather. In addition to addressing that, I offered you an alternative Subaru as well as a significant discount on any other car you might like. On top of everything, I offered to buy you a free lunch just to show how truly sorry we are. All of this was offered more than a month ago, but it looks like you are still upset about the situation. because the car is sold 7/18/2026. Please let me know what we can do at this point to meet your requirements. If I have missed anything, please let me know.
