Wow. So, I read all the reviews. Was confident there were enough good reviews to outweigh the negative ones. Boy, was I wrong. I worked with Kirk on a VW Jetta. He was super nice, super responsive, answered all of my questions (or so I thought). He sent videos as requested and I really thought that he was trustworthy and honest. I asked him at one point in time if there was anything going on with the car, either cosmetic or mechanical, that I could not see from the pictures and the CARFAX report. He told me no, but then told my son the car had 3 small dents. He sent me pictures, as I requested. We decided the car was still worth checking out and flew 1000 miles to Houston will all intentions of purchasing the car and driving it back home. When we got there to see the car, it was WAY rougher than anticipated. The hood alone had 7 dents, one as big as my hand. The roof over the passenger side, between the sunroof and door had 2 dents that had rust spots showing and more dents on the car that weren't mentioned or photographed. There were not 2 tires that matched, and the car overall was dirty. Pet hair, human hair, greasy spot on the seats. The oil was black. Just felt like the car had been sitting for awhile. They had it priced at $11,500. Kelly Blue Book had the average value for this car in "very good" condition at $10,500. I asked Kirk how firm they were on the price and he said that they price their cars super competitively so they sell quickly. (But, they have had this car listed for sale for over 6 months, so clearly the price is too high .. at best, it could be worth a $7500 gamble, but no way it's worth what they are asking) We didn't even test drive the car, just shook his hand, told him thank you for his time and drove away. Super disappointed. Might be a better deal if you live close, but if you are any bit of distance away, I'd shop somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Got no initial response back. When I called back was told the car was out for service. I asked to be called when ready. Never got a call back. I called later in the week and got some answer that didn’t make sense. If you don’t have a call actually for sale AND ready to be sold DON’T LIST IT!

Bought an 07 Hyundai Tiburon from here and at first it was fine but 2 months later the rack and pinion fails and so does the power steering pump, then the Evap goes out, then the head gasket and piston rings fail, then whole front suspension needed to be replaced due to age which is no one's fault but that's the only thing I've accepted and all within 6 months. Now timing belt failed and engine is toast and I'm paying for a car I can't drive. Be careful what you buy cause they obviously don't know what they're selling. I have never owned a bigger xxx. also over paid by about 5k but that's my fault for not knowing what I'm doing at time of purchase, go buy your car somewhere else. Sorry Alex but it's me in this horrible situation not you

$1,100 “maintenance/reconditioning” fee added to an $8000 vehicles price. They wouldn’t even negotiate “down” to sticker price! Online price is a lie. Beyond that, the infotainment system didn’t work, rep said “it’s probably a fuse” for $1000 they could check! So I left. Don’t waste your time with these scammers.

Kirk was a big help. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get a car in my budget. But he was able to work the numbers and got me a great deal. The car quality was great along with the service. I felt that he actually wanted to help, instead of just trying to give me a car and get me out of there. He took his time and helped me get approved for a car that not only ran well, but I was comfortable. I really appreciate what he did for me. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle here.
