Great to have our car back Looks good, air conditioner works well. However the check engine light is back on. I will call about that.

When I got the car everything was perfect.

When I got the car everything was perfect. 2 years later I pay for a warranty so I had my car towed to the shop. It sat there for 2 weeks before someone could get to it. I had to call and call just to get an update and after 5 days I finally got one and the update was “we haven’t gotten to your car yet”. And after all that trouble they declined my warranty and I had To get my car fixed else where. Ryan though reached out to me and apologized and was beyond helpful and understanding. I’d say it’s great to get your car there but not when it comes to car trouble

I’d give 0 if I could.

I’d give 0 if I could. These guys tell me to meet up to check out the car, I pull up to the dealership and they tell me they don’t have the car and it’s gonna sell, after someone told me that it was still up for sale and that they would bring it. Yeah that’s not cool, wasted my time too!

Had an issue on a Saturday, called to confirm that I could have my vehicle dropped there before they closed and the whole team was very accommodating! by the end of the day the following Monday I was completely taken care of and had my car back! Would 100% go back with my next service need, very appreciative of their whole team!!

Derrick provided a great experience. He did an excellent job reviewing the new features of the F150. He worked with me to get the appropriate discounts, rebates for the new F150, and value for my previous F150.
