Service is a mixed bag… • Service Reps are good • Mechanics are good • My SUV’s interior driver’s side door and seat base get scuffed pretty much every time I bring my vehicle in. The scuffs look to be kicks from someone’s shoes, probably when entering the vehicle While the service is otherwise capable, and I’d like to recommend Albany Subaru to my friends for its mostly friendly people and convenience, how can I do that with the caution: “But get ready to have your interior scuffed up”?

Victoria was very helpful and competent. When my car was ready she immediately texted me to let me know.

The service staff was excellent. My service advisor, James Madison, went out of his way to get my needs met. Ken, in parts, got me everything I ordered. The service was performed in a professional manner.
