Service Visit

Good experience . Staff was helpful. They provided transportation to near by location for dropping me off and pick up. This helped me to use my time in other yak while my vehicle being serviced.

Great Service buying a new car!!!

David La Rue was great!!! He was able to find me a car quickly and made the buying process very easy. He kept in contact with me about when my car would be ready and answered any questions I had.

Absolutely awful

Absolute worst car buying experience I?ve ever had. Salesperson was less than knowledgeable about any vehicle. I test drove and was in the process with one vehicle only to have the manager come out right before they ran my credit to ask me if I was aware that the car was a lemon. I was never told this at any point until then. I found a second vehicle. Came to an agreement on that one. Left for 3 hours to take my kids to the movies only to come back and be told that that vehicle needed new breaks and wasn?t ready and that I?d have to come back on Monday for it. There were king periods of waiting with no updates unless I went and asked for them. Just terrible customer service In all of the vehicles I?ve ever purchased this is the only dealership where I truly felt like they were just in it for the money. Can confidently say that I will advise anyone to stay away from this deal and will never do business there again.

The new owners, HELLO, no longer provide an inspection

The new owners, HELLO, no longer provide an inspection check list as Hine did. When we picked up the car after service at 5 pm last time they told us the brakes were bad. WHAT! Why did they not call earlier and tell us so they could repair them. Every service department I have ever been to has called when they find something needed. Now we go to San Diego for service-62 miles, but good service. Subaru Service departments do not share service info with other Subaru Service entities-each a separate fiefdom. Makes no sense to me!
