I went in for routine maintenance and discovered I was eligible for the 40k review. I opted for that since I was over already. Pricing was clearly laid out in advance, they even honored a coupon for me. While I was waiting I?d get regular updates in person and via text. My car was going to take longer so they gave me a loner for the evening and it was fun to try out a different model. Everything was wonderful, the staff were extremely courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I?d say the only thing is how pricey the 40k maintenance was - I did opt to also have two software updates done for extra costs, even those were about $100 each? for someone going through cancer and the medical bills, a divorce and just trying to get by with everyday living expenses it was just a little more pricey than I had planned. All in all, I know this won?t be the norm and I absolutely LOVE my Volvo, this dealership was so clean with friendly and professional staff I will certainly be going back and I?m happy with the outcome.
