I made an appointment, and explained that I was coming in
I made an appointment, and explained that I was coming in for a recall on my car. The day comes and I bring my car in, I wait for 20 or so minutes before they tell me they don't have the specific part. Not sure why this wasn't checked beforehand considering it was the only reason for the appointment. Next time I'll call the day before and check that whatever part(s) are in. Nice staff though, and the building was clean.
