Easiest car purchase I ever made. In addition, the service department provides quality work in a convenient, clean and state of the art service center. Employees in the parts and service departments are courteous and professional.

Mr. gadoury was very patient while i came back multiple times for test drives. he was very knowledgable on all the used vehicles on their lot. i did not feel pressured and the overall experience went very smoothe.

I had a wonderful experience at Apple Valley Toyota. They made me feel very comfortable wiht my purchase. It was a pleasure to work with David Boone, salesman, to find the right vehicle for me. He gave me the best price around. The manager, Kevin, was extremely kind and great to work with. Even the finance guy didn't get under my skin! Overall I was extremely pleased with the entire sales department and would definately recommend the dealership to my friends.

I went to test drive a 2008 chevy silverado on a Monday and was very pleased with the truck as well as the friendliness of my sales associate Vaughn. I told Vaughn I was going to go home and speak to my wife and that we may be back tomorrow to discuss financing. I went back on Tuesday with my wife and Vaughn came in on his day off to review everything with me and had the truck pulled up front ready to go if I wanted it. After having my current vehicle appraised and seeing the cost of the chevy I shared with him what I was hoping my monthly payments would be. Once I received all of these numbers I realized that I was not able to purchase the truck. I shared with Vaughn and Kevin(sales manager) that if they could in anyway bring the cost down then to please call me. After receiving 2 different calls from them they were able to get to my price and I went in and purchased the truck. Vaughn was an excellent person to work with and was very helpful in all ways possible. We have much in common and I intend to keep in touch with him and hopefully play golf with him. I would recommend Vaughn and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Last week we decided it might be time to trade our 2004 Toyota Highlander for a new model. After visiting one dealer to view and drive the 2010 Highlander I came home and put out an internet request to several dealers describing exactly what I was looking for. David Boone from Appple Valley Toyota responded with a phone call early the following morning. After discussing exactly what I was looking for and what he could sell me the vehicle for we went in to have him give us a quote on our vehicle. We were very pleased with the deal he gave us, especially since it beat a local competitor's price by more than $2,000 on the same vehicle that David had located for us. Apple Valley picked up the 2010 Highlander and had it ready for us the following day. Thanks to David and Apple Valley Toyota and the prompt and professional manner in which they conduct business we are the happy owners of our new 2010 Highlander. We can honestly say that we recommend them to our friends.
