Communication was super poor. I texted back several times with questions and they were never answered. I also tried to call and could get thru to a person. Service was also very slow. It 2 hours from my appointment to get a report on my vehicle. Then another 2 and a half hours for them to finish the service. For a simple oil change (works package) with no other add on fixes. Also the shuttle service never answered their phone. I finally had to spend money on an Uber to get my car. Pathetic.
