I've been a loyal customer for years and brought 4 cars from them over the years. I was very interested in a 2022 ford edge titanium they had. Called to make a appointment. Got there looked at the car. The wife and I liked it. The first red flag was the sticker price of the car didn't match the price they had. They said it was all the discounts added. Still didn't add up to the correct price. Them the sales person blamed it on the new owners of the company. I was walking out they tired stopping me but nope.It isn't what it used to be. All the prices on website from this place is wrong. Don't waste your time

We had our 2019 Transit breakdown and had to take it to

We had our 2019 Transit breakdown and had to take it to this dealership. Van was there for 8 weeks waiting to be repaired for an EGR valve. When I finally was able to pick it up in 30 minutes it broke down and I had to return to the dealership. They had forgotten to put the clamps back on and my antifreeze all leaked out. I am based 4 hours away and made it home to find my fuel is leaking everywhere. Had to take to Another dealership and they said that Killeen Ford forgot to put the fuel line clamp on. This is absolutely unbelievable. They should be banned from working on any vehicle.

Their interest prices haven’t been updated since they were bought out. This is what I was told over the phone. Also the employee who answered seemed not at all interested in that I was wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Bad Place, enter at your own risk. It seems nobody knows anything, expect your vehicle to stay there between 3 to 5 days. Beware of the parts department, you be in for a surprise. But don’t take my word, check it out at your own risk. Just remember, advised was given. Customer Service Training provided on a Crackerjack Box.

Bait and switch

Was quoted one price, drove an hour here to get the vehicle and they wanted an extra $1800 for a "GPS theft prevention device" they refused to remove. Walked out.

Prices listed on wrong

I called regarding a new car to purchase. I was told their internet prices had not been updated since they had been bought out. Very deceiving.

Service department is horrible. No one wants to help. All of the good people that were there, are now gone. Only the crap is left behind

Ridiculously overpriced! And that's not even counting the...

Ridiculously overpriced! And that's not even counting the $62 of "miscellaneous" fees they tried to add on top of the $70 for my "works" oil change. $330 for two hours of diagnosing. Almost $600 just for front brakes. Then they wanted OVER $7,000 for repairs. My vehicle does need some expensive repairs, but they're charging easily over 40% from the market average. Borderline fraudulent.

Renfi was a great salesperson. Very professional but also friendly. That was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

Too bad we don't have the option to give ZERO star to...

Too bad we don't have the option to give ZERO star to this awful place! They made us drive 60 miles after setting up an appointment for a test drive. As soon as we get there, the grumpy sales man informed us that he couldn't find the vehicle, then he started convincing us to look at other vehicles. Not to mention that he didn't offer me a seat and I had to pick a chair myself from another huddle. DO NOT waste your time or if you chose to do business with them, make sure to call in advance. Also, avoid Tim O. Zero professionalism, inconsiderate but mostly disrespectful. His lack of empathy is just shocking!
