This is my second MKC and we have purchased 5 Lincoln vehicles from this dealership within my family. Both the sales and service is extremely professional. I recently had a major repair done to my complete satisfaction. The whole process was made stress free. The entire service team deserves a raise, they’ve always exceeded my expectations.

I have. Always enjoyed coming there for service. Of course the car was new and I hsbd free oil changed etc. they always brought the car out clean. Yesterdays visit was different. I had a very difficult understand Garcias English and still never know what he was talking about. S very nice and polite man but frustrating.

Everyone I have ever encountered at this location has been extremely professional and helpful. My only issue is that the vehicle I purchased does not come with a hardcopy user manual. It appears this is now a thing of the past, and you have to either view it while using the navigation screen in the car or download it from the internet. In my opinion, the full user manual should be standard with all vehicles, particularly since the price of cars is so high. Just my thoughts and probably this is not the only model where this is happening.

The whole experience was quite pleasant, from beginning to end. No pressure, we reached a deal which both parties were satisfied, and the time to close the deal was very efficient.

Sales person helpful but pre-assesses customer until I told. Him I would leave a 20,000 deposit he wasn't interested. No customer service followup. I bought a 23 aviator I would not recommend this dealership. But it had one car that I wanted.
