NYEI did a great job with my first service on my truck. Service manager was more than courteous, he helped me in several different ways and it was a pleasure working with him. The technician that worked on my vehicle was very friendly. Talk to me about my truck. Did a nice job looking it over. It was a good experience and I will use NYE again

After complete dissatisfaction with Davidson GMC in Watertown, I drove the 90 minutes to Oneida. Courtney Hina was very patient listening to my frustration with my defective 2026 GMC Yukon XL. Although the repairs were unsuccessful, I believe an honest attempt was made. Unfortunately for me GMC refuses to take responsibility for their defective soft ware. I was gratified that NYE made the effort when GMC gives excuses and does not stand behind their vehicles. I would highly recommend NYE GMC. Sadly, this is likely my last GMC product!
