Absolutely horrible!!

Friendly Honda has gone totally down hill. This last week I was lied to repeatedly by their service department and then by a salesman. During a simple air filter change the tech apparently got dog food into my air conditioning system and left it there. Then when I called to complain not five minutes after leaving, they acted like it was my fault. Since I was unable to use the AC any longer, I was forced to return to them again. At that time I was told that I had refused to have the dog food removed and pay the $57. Really? I bought four tires when I needed only one and spent over $900 that day, but refused to have the dog food I allegedly knew was in the ducts removed for $57...on an 87 degree day with high humidity...seriously?? After having bought several cars from them I will buy my new one next week from someone else! Two weeks ago I would have told you they were the best dealership in Dutchess County, but I guess all the best people must have gone to Ford. Very sad!

Don't waste your time - buy at another dealership

Went last month to look at a used crv for my daughter. Car needed some maintenance, test drive revealed tire noise (car had snow tires on it). Spoke to male and female salespeople and a manager for two days. Female salesperson not willing to be flexible on price. No call back from salesman for followup. Guess that they want that car to sit on their lot rotting away (car is still on their lot today and price went up by $1,000). There are better car dealers out there that are flexible and are willing to work out a fair deal with a customer; this is not one of them. A competitor of theirs, Atlantic Honda on Long Island, outsells these guys because they will work on deals: that is why they are successful. BTW, bought a better cuv for a lot less at another car place.

Friendly Honda review

While the people there were very helpful, I feel they were not honest in regards to the repairs they said were needed, and the manner in which they said they were carried out. The overall check up they said they performed was not done, and I was charged for unnecessary work.

New Car Buyer

This is the 5th Automobile I have purchased from Friendly Honda and one that was not very enjoyable. Felt like I was being rushed by the salesperson that he had someone else to take care of or somewhere to go. If not for your Finance Manager Colin O'Brien stepping in to close the deal , I would have taken my business to another deanship

Review of Friendly Honda

I had a wonderful experience at Friendly Honda. I bought a certified used car from Peter Arvanetes - he was knowledgeable, patient and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car see Peter. The dealership lived up to their name "friendly". I am looking forward to doing more business with them when we need another car. Definitely visit this dealer if you are in the market for a car.

Great Experience

I bought a 2011 Honda CR-V. This was our second purchase from Friendly Honda. Bob and Laura were very helpful and answered our questions clearly and seemed honest and open. We are happy with our Accord and so far we are happy with the CR-V................

Great experience

We worked with John Chianfagna to buy a 2014 Crosstour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us know as soon as the car we were interested in was in stock and the price was right for our budget. It was a great experience, and we'll be shopping at Friendly Honda in the future.

Love my new certified pre-owned CRV!

All in all a great experience. Saw thwe caron Saturday and picked it up Monday. The test drive indicated that it needed new brakes. I guess they did them Saturdya becayuse it was ready, and looked sparkling new by Monday noon. The facility is comfortable - LOVED the popcorn and soda while waiting. Everyone seemed really friendly and helpful.
