Superb dealership. I hate buying new cars but Friendly Honda makes it a purely pleasurable experience. 2nd car I’ve purchased from them. Great staff. Great selection. They didn’t try to sell me the car. Instead, they helped me to buy it and that’s a BIG difference! Super sales staff. Particular Kudos go to John Jr, my salesman, who did so much extra stuff to also help me with moving things around from my old car into the new one and follow up with so many details I wasn’t even thinking about. Sadly, I don’t recall the name of the fellow who handled setting up all the paperwork and the financial details. He worked magic to insure I received every incentive possible to keep the price to what I was ready to pay. Great job by all.

Friendly Honda DO NOT TRUST the service department at Friendly located in Poughkeepsie. They will not perform the services you are paying for. I caught them THREE TIMES IN A ROW not rotating my tires. I caught them because I started chalking my tires. Brian in the service department only offered me apologies AFTER I submitted a negative review(comical). Thanks to Ron E., my salesman , he saved the day. Ron saw I was upset and tried to mediate the situation. Sure enough Ron sold me a new car (great deal) and I OPTED OUT of the car care maintenance package. Management offered me nothing for my troubles.
