Paul Hoffman and Tyler Stockfield where amazing. We had some issues with our titles after my spouse refinanced one of our cars and accidently gave the... wrong vin#. That causes quite the dilemma when trying to buy a new car. Paul worked very hard to help us resolve this issue which went on for several months due to the lending institution as they kept dropping the ball. Tyler helped me find the right car when all was said and done. Both worked very well as a team. We have been buying from Friendly Honda since the mid 90's. we will never go anywhere else as long as professional folks of this caliber work for Honda, we will continue to buy from this great dealership.
Great buying experience at Friendly Honda. Justin was our salesperson and Brian in finance both went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable... with buying our new HRV. The car itself is a beauty and has so many features to make it truly a great car to drive.
The staff at friendly have been nothing but outstanding! this week will be the 30th honda purchased from friendly!!! I send all family, friends, basically... anyone who will listen. I purchased a pre-owned 2013 Honda Civic from Friendly Honda around New Year's. It was my first transaction with the dealership AND my first purchase... of a Honda. Leading up to the deal, I was a die-hard Subaru owner. What got me? Friendly Honda's reputation and the stellar ratings of Honda vehicles. After purchasing a vehicle from Friendly Honda, I must say that my experience with the staff (especially Kasie) was unparalleled for access, friendliness, and assistance. Employees there received me with smiles every time I visited, and I remember Kasie even calling me once after business hours in order to help resolve questions for me. In addition, the Friendly Honda Rewards package is AWESOME! It's a bargain to get so much added value from the dealership, and I look forward to my first maintenance visit this May. In closing, run a Google search on Friendly Honda. Check out the stars and number of reviews. I can faithfully say that the company deserves that standing every day by working as hard as they do for customers like me. As I said earlier, I was attracted to Friendly Honda because of their reputation. Chaz Goodman and the staff of Friendly Honda did a fantastic job helping me buy my new Honda Civic. Chaz was courteous, honest, efficient and seemed to... genuinely care about making sure that my experience was as smooth and positive as possible. They gave me a great value for my trade-in, handled all registration and paperwork and had me driving out with my new car really quickly! I highly recommend Friendly Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Our good experience started when we inadvertantly walked into the wrong building at the dealership. We were courteously greeted and advised we were in... the wrong place to actually purchase a car. The dearlership owner came out of his office and graciously offered to escort us to the correct place. In route we relayed a negative experience from a previous visit to the dealership. He indicated he would look into it and did, while we were still there, and came back to us to advise us of the resolution. The sales consultant we were assigned to was very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. We never felt any pressure to make a purchase quickly so he could move on to the next customer. He never once made us feel pressured or as if we needed to hurry through the process of test driving various cars or making the purchase/no purchase decision. Additionally, the Business Manager, who assisted us with finance arrangements and service/maintenace agreements, was also personable, efficient and effective. Both of these individuals were a pleasure to work with and, we are very happy with the Honda Civic Hatchback we purchased.
This was our third Accord from Friendly Honda all from Bruce Heron. He is not a typical car salesman. No pressure and a good sense of humor.
I went to a few places but friendly Honda was by far the best place with excellent customer service. The whole experience was quick and easy once I chose... the car I want, which my salesman Dane was great with explaining the car technology to me. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning here.
