I had a great experience with Friendly Honda. They went all out to find the exact car that I wanted and there was no high pressure sell. Angel was my salesman and he was extremely responsive. All around good people. What a refreshing change. My sixth Honda!

Friendly Honda DO NOT TRUST the service department at Friendly located in Poughkeepsie. They will not perform the services you are paying for. I caught them THREE TIMES IN A ROW not rotating my tires. I caught them because I started chalking my tires. Brian in the service department only offered me apologies AFTER I submitted a negative review(comical). Thanks to Ron E., my salesman , he saved the day. Ron saw I was upset and tried to mediate the situation. Sure enough Ron sold me a new car (great deal) and I OPTED OUT of the car care maintenance package. Management offered me nothing for my troubles.

Been purchasing cars from Friendly Honda since 1996. Great people and no pressure to buy. They know me when I walk in and I know them. Simple Deal and Simple to pick up vehicle with DMV Registration complete.

I returned to Friendly Honda to purchase my third vehicle from them. Needed to get a car pretty quickly. I had Ron E. as my sales consultant. He did a great job matching me with my new car. Ron listened to what I was looking for, very patient and kind. the best salesperson ever!! Was thinking of getting another CRV, but decided on a pre owned Civic hatchback!! Its sporty and I am loving it. I live in Kingston and there is a Honda dealership there, but I only go to Friendly!! Thank you again to everyone that helped me out at Friendly Honda!

I had the unenviable experience of visiting too many car dealerships and was appalled at how far the art of selling a car has fallen and to the inexperience of the sales people employed. There seems to be a pervasive sense of entitlement felt by dealerships these days, “you have no choice, but the car!” Friendly was the last place I visited and I was “Stockholm Syndrome” impressed by the dealership and Carlos, my sales person. Of you are anywhere close, GO

I finance a 2025 Honda pilot trail sport. The salesperson John Jr was awesome. My finance person Paul he is excellent. Both gentlemen are an asset to Friendly Honda and I’m very grateful that they were there to assist me. I highly recommend these two gentlemen when purchasing your next Vehicle.
