What stood out most was how both of them included my young daughter in the conversation. They made her feel welcome by giving her paper and pens to keep her occupied, which I greatly appreciated as a parent. The entire experience was professional, comfortable, and enjoyable. They didn’t try to sell me the car. Instead, they helped me to buy it and that’s a BIG difference! Super sales staff. Particular Kudos go to John Jr, my salesman, who did so much extra stuff to also help me with moving things around from my old car into the new one and follow up with so many details I wasn’t even thinking about. Sadly, I don’t recall the name of the fellow who handled setting up all the paperwork and the financial details. He worked magic to insure I received every incentive possible to keep the price to what I was ready to pay. Great job by all.
