Easy In Easy Out

Been dealing with Justin (Salesman) and Paul (Finance) for years. Smooth not pushy experience. In the end you are buying a vehicle you need to be pleased with. It starts when you walk in.

Friendly Honda

Worked with Justin and Paul. Both guys are the best, no pushy sales pitches, listened to what we wanted and expected. These guys put the Friendly in Friendly Honda. Would highly recommend both of these guys. I’ve dealt with other Honda dealerships and this one is by far the best.

Nice Auto Dealer in Hudson Valley Area

Recently bought CR-V Hybrid Sport-L from friendly honda. My experience was great with the sales consultant Carlos, sales manager Papa, finance person Jim and Sandy. Very nice and friendly people!!!

SERVICE DEPARTMENT RUDE!!!

Service department rude and not helpful at all. why purchase a warranty if you have to fight to use it, never has appointments open when needed and staff rude and not helpful at all. I have only had my car 2 years and its been in 5 times for service thats not maintenance, can never get a straight answer. I would NOT recommend this dealership only because of the horrible service department -- I was having shaking and took three visits to tell me I had a bad rim, 1st visit said bad ties in front, so I purchased 2 new ties- 400 dollars (NOT NEEDED) later, still shaking, then took back, then I was told I needed a balance and rotation, not covered, so I paid 100 bucks for that, third time was finally told, they saw that my rim on the inside of the tire was bent, so now I need a whole new rim, they wanted to charge almost $700 for one new wheel, why didnt they see that when the rotated and balanced the tires the 1st time???? Unqualified technicians!!!!!

Great dealership!

I just purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Fit and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and my experience as a whole. I initially worked with Adam and then Zack and both gentlemen were super professional, friendly and did not put the hard sales pitch on, which I appreciated! And I LOVE my Fit! It was a great experience and I recommend them to everyone .

Great car purchasing experience

They are very friendly, not pushy, spent the right amount of time during the purchasing process. They returned phone calls and were extremely helpful. Very easy to deal with

Painless purchase

We hate buying cars, but it was time to pass our 19-year-old CRV (still in great shape) on to our son and get a new car for my wife. Our salesman, Carlos, was knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic. He explained and contrasted the features of the three cars we test drove, and didn't try to upsell us a car we didn't need. Once we made our decision, he shepherded us painlessly through the purchase / titling / registration process and gave us a very helpful demonstration of the main features of the new car. Even the discussion with the finance guy, Paul, was enjoyable - something I've never said before. He gave us a factual, professional run-down of the warranty options and accepted our decisions without trying to apply additional pressure to buy more than we felt we needed. We're very happy both with the new car and with the treatment we received.
