Tyler was excellent service manager. He gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision about service. The video of the vehicle inspection was really a great addition. I could actually see what the technician was viewing and it was really helpful. Overall, a good experience!

Quote was very high. After the car was picked up, the dealership wanted to make a “deal” on the work that was needed. Very unprofessional. Get rid of the diagnostic charge!! Price gouge!!

After reviewing the estimate with you, our advisor was simply trying to assist by exploring possible ways to help reduce some of the repair costs. Easy to get appointment. Mario checked me in and I like getting a familiar face with each visit. Simple oil change but Sunwise in Marin includes an all points inspection, fluid top'ups, tire psi check and the summary of everything so you can see what may be needed soon - like brake pads. A short and comfortable wait in the guest area and nicely equipped coffee service. Thorough efficient and polite service!
