This dealership thrives on selling lemons to the unsuspecting public! They attempt to disguise their scam with what in the surface appears to be good customer service. I bought a car with an obviously bad transmission that they hid by temporarily erasing the check engine light which later came on a day after I drove the car home! CROOKS ! I won't advise anyone to buy even a toy car from them!

I contacted them via email. They never actually responded, via email, to the information I sent them. Kept sending automated emails saying "we're trying to get in touch with you" but didn't respond to the information I actually sent. I eventually called and spoke to someone, but overall it was just a frustrating and non-rewarding process.

Talk to saleman on telephone. Was encouraged to fill out online app for financingand hed have an answer for me in 30 mins. Havent heard back from him or anyone from car planet. Called a few days ago to check status and guy wasnt necessarily rude but rushed me off phone with no answers or information. Im over ot. Moved on to another dealer. And still havent gotten call back, text or email

Unresponsive to an inquiry about dropping price $250 and if they delivered to my area.

Purchases a 2016 Nissan Altima 2 weeks ago and the check engine light came on 5 days after we bought the vehicle. We told him this vehicle was for our 16 year old son who just got into college and he still sold us a bad car. I just left the mechanic and it has a bad transmission, catalyst system. The car had been in 3 accidents. I went back to him today and he said we bought the car as is. My husband who is a disable veteran worked hard to raise the money for this car $9000 and he will not fix it or do anything about it. The mechanic stated there is no way he didn't know about it. Thank God my sister is an attorney and specializing in consumer protection lawyer. We are filing a complaint ASAP and I will spend another $9000 to make sure you don't do this to someone else. You are responsible for my 16 year old being stuck on the side of the road with a bad car and you showed no empathy or concern.

They were very helpful and great prices. Excellent shopping experience. Will definitely come back for other cars

Buyer beware... It should have been a red flag that the car had "five miles till empty" when I drove it off the lot after the sale. On the way home, the engine light came on. Took it to the mechanic and vehicle had a blown head gasket amongst other things. My teen son's first car purchase. Called the owner back and they don't want to make it right. Both my mechanic and the Ford mechanic I took the car too feels like the dealer did a shady deal.
