Made an appointment for a routine service. It got finished a lot faster than the estimated time. Which I was extremely happy about. I love how they sent me a video of my car being worked on. The other dealership I go to Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai and Tesla doesn’t even do that. For the future, that’s a great tool for transparency. Maybe show the whole process of the car being worked on. Reza Khan is such a lier lier lier. For regular maintenance, this guy Charged me more than 1400 dollors with unnecessary check and repair and ending with no necessary fixes. This is definitely the worst dealer I have meet. Be careful! Remember his name Reza Khan.

Our service advisor, Reza, recognized a problem with our Prius. Something I had not seen, nor was aware of. He arranged the repair, the repair was under warranty. He was great!
