Mike Tran is the best!!
Mike again does not disappoint. He’s honest and timely. Always greets with a smile and keeps me informed of what’s going on with my car. This time we had a special request. My daughter’s AirPod fell underneath the back seat and we weren’t able to lift the back seat to retrieve it. Mike unhinged the back seat of my Prius, retrieved the AirPod and left it for us in the cup holder. This service was a minor service plus a AirPod retrieval, lol. Thank you Mike for once again going above and beyond the call is duty.

Great Customer Service
Upon arrival met by Walter Yamamoto who attended and arranged the service of the Prius C which went quickly and efficiently. Waiting was fairly quick in comfortable surrounding.. No complaints all went well.

Excellent Follow-up
I've grown to appreciate the videos provided when my vehicle is in service. This verifies the thoroughness of the service for me. I also appreciate being able to communicate with one advisor. I have not had a great experience with every advisor.

I started coming to piercy about 4 yrs ago ehen my trustworthy mechanic retired and i found other mechanics in town were not to be trusted. Piercy mechanics do a great job. I have never had to return my car. It helps a great deal to choose a service rep you like and stick with them.

Great overall, a few questions
Not sure why I’m still experiencing the car stall issue. It only happens if I’m at a complete stop then when I step on the gas my car moves slowly forward as if it’s on neutral, but I haven’t shifted gears. Toyota service has repeatedly told me though that they can only investigate if they can replicate the issue, which they can’t.

First Service
Went in for my first service (tire rotation) that’s included with the 2yr warranty. I was quoted 1hr-1.5hr wait and my car was done in an hour. Thank you Hong Ly for servicing my car! Although I wish I could avoid getting the hubcaps around the bolts getting scratched, but I guess that’s not very likely. The waiting area was accommodating with comfortable seats, coffee, donuts, and snacks. An hour does go by fast as long as you keep yourself occupied. Will definitely return for my next service
