I have been coming to Fallon Ford Toyota for over a year now for service. At first, I felt the service was great, but now im ready to move on and find a different Ford dealership to service my vehicle. Today was the last straw . I have been having front end issues on my 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I dont blame your service technicians or you or dealership for those issues. Yet lately I have noticed a lack of care for vehicles in your service drive. Your technicians verified my concerns about my front end noises and bumpy ride, but they couldn't find a cause, they just blamed my struts. That may be a correct diagnosis but I have to have another shop verify that. In addition, your service advisors charged me 14 dollars to replace a supposedly stripped oil pan drain plug. I have only had Ford dealerships change my oil, so I dont see how its my fault a drain plug is stripped. Also they claimed my engine splash shield was so damaged it could not be bolted back on. They give an estimate for replacement. Your service adviser Tyler Diaz was a bit smug and rude to me, but the service technician that worked on my vehicle was very rude to me. I went to leave in my car and noticed my front license plate was damaged and my plate holder was broken. I also noticed my splash shield sitting on my rear leather bench seat instead of the cargo area where it would have fit. Tyler Diaz was a bit put off and begrudgingly helped me by sending techs out to straighten out the plate and replace the plate holder. The service technician that worked on my vehicle started yelling at them and offered me no apology. This is not acceptable in any way or shape. The splash shield could have been bolted back up. Even one of the techs said it was still able to be bolted up. Your service technicians and some of the advisors are rude for no reason. I pay good money for these services and this is what I get for it
