Brandon and Justin did a great job in giving me the information I requested. I never felt pressured to purchase the truck rather they wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. Alpine did make the process fairly simple so my time wasn't wasted sitting at the dealership.

I took truck in to get recalls taken care of.

I took truck in to get recalls taken care of. I picked it up when it was ready and my check engine light was on. Fixed that then driving away my hood wasn’t latched. Never ever go there for anything, especially oil change!!!

I was promised and had it in writing that my transmission

I was promised and had it in writing that my transmission fluid change would be $218.00 & when I got there I was told 350.00 I told them I had it in writing and can show them... Dylan said the worker was new and quoted me wrong.. I asked if he can approve it due to it being in writing and promised and he said no.... Ford should keep their words, it wasn't my fault the employee was new

Justin, Jorge and Todd were all great and helpful in the buying experience. I didn’t deal with service directly but give them 5 stars too because I purchased a used vehicle and had my own service team look over the car and they said it looks great so 5 stars to Alpines service team for making sure the car was in good condition.

They post a really low price on cars.

They post a really low price on cars.com in hopes you call and they try to get you to visit the dealership than they inform you that price is incorrect and it’s not them listing it at that price it’s cars.com. Shady business

Stay away.

Stay away. Purchased a new 2025 F-150 Raptor last week and it has a bad seal on the driver's door. Salesperson booked me an appointment and when I showed they the rude and condescending person in service stated he needed to keep the truck for 3 days to diagnose the seal and additional time to order parts then do the install. I showed him exactly where it was leaking but he insisted 3 days to diagnose. Only had the truck a week. Cannot wash it or drive in the rain due to the seal and the noise is horrible. They don't care once the purchase is over. Should have gone with Phil Long, Alpine is not worth the drive.

Put my car together.

Put my car together. Stripped bolts, left bolts off of car, took 2 months to fix my car as it sat. Lied about the condition of my car. Will never go back to this dealership again. My husband also bought a brand new F150 and it broke. They let it sit for 1 month without looking at it or fixing it.
