I was completely satisfied with the buying experience.

I was completely satisfied with the buying experience. I was provided with exactly the car I wanted. The salesman delivered it to me and gave me a tutorial on how to use the many features. I was treated with courtesy and honesty.

Very satisfied, honestly it’s always an easy process

Very satisfied, honestly it’s always an easy process especially when you have open mind for different cars. I love the variety and the salesman’s are always very helpful and friendly.

Buy a car elsewhere!

Buy a car elsewhere! I purchased a 2022 4Runner, license plate 9CCA421, with a reported clean title and history report from this dealer. Within 40 hours of owning the vehicle we found that the car had been in a significant enough wreck to where it should’ve been reported. Also, when buying the car they told me that this car was rolled back once before due to “financing issues”. Go check out the one star review left by Joe V a month ago. You’ll see he bought this same car and returned it - bringing all of the damages to the dealers attention. I’m absolutely disgusted that this dealership would lie about the history of the vehicle and even worse that they would continue to put the car back on the lot even after the damages were brought to their attention. It has been two days since I returned the vehicle and it’s already back on their site! If you’re looking to buy a car, do not go to Salinas Honda.

Contacted dealership and immediately recent automated

Contacted dealership and immediately recent automated answer. Following shortly with sales rep. He stated the vehicle was available and would I like to schedule appointment to come in. I notice he quoted a sale price for the vehicle that was close to 3,000$ more than the ad online. I screen spotted the ad and sent it to the dealership asking if they would honor their advertised price. THEY NEVER RESPONDED AFTER THAT. I sent three emails.
