Someone answered the phone promptly when I called, and we were able to set up an appointment within a few days. After I dropped off my car the day of my appointment, Igot a ride home with their shuttle service, and then they brought my car to me when they were done. I really appreciate this kind of service because I am handicapped!

Very happy with the service. My 2025 Escape oil change was done quickly and efficiently. They checked all my fluid levels and even sent pictures of the work. Will return to Jordan Ford for any other issues that might arise. Again, very, very happy.
