⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership in the last two months—a 2025 Toyota GR86, a 2026 Mazda3 Carbon Edition, and most recently, a 2026 Mazda CX-90 Preferred Edition—and every experience has been excellent! Aya has been absolutely wonderful throughout each purchase. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and always makes the process easy and enjoyable. General Manager Harbir truly went above and beyond to ensure we received everything we wanted and even more. He worked incredibly hard to make everything come together, kept his word, and made us feel like genuinely valued customers. The level of care and customer service we have received from Harbir, Aya, and the entire team is exactly why we continue coming back. Purchasing three vehicles in two months speaks for itself! We absolutely love our vehicles and cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. They have earned our trust and our business for years to come!

DO NOT BUY! Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Phil (sales manager) was difficult the entire time and made a simple purchase needlessly hard. They jacked the price of the vehicle up $1,300 while we were talking about buying it, thinking we wouldn’t catch it. I scheduled an appointment to purchase, and they sold the car the day before with zero notice. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Stay away. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I dealt with Phil and Lulu in leasing my vehicle. This was the most hassle-free experience I’ve had in buying or leasing a car with a dealership. At no point did either one of them pressure me into leasing my MX-30, and they were willing to answer all questions I had in detail and did their best to make sure I was fully comfortable before leasing the car. They (and the dealership) negotiate in good faith, and are transparent throughout the process. The staff here are not interesting fleecing you. While they of course want to sell you a car, they also want to build a relationship ship with their customers, especially after the sale. For example, I did not receive an owner’s manual, and when I let Phil know, he and Lulu had the problem fixed for we writhing 2 days at no cost. My car also had a defective windshield wiper, and the service department took care within hours of me noticing at no cost. Phil, Lily, and the entire team treat customers with respect and mean what they say about reaching out for help after the sale. The customer service model here is one all dealerships should strive for.

****DON'T BUY HERE***** I did my research on the dealer and chose them because of the reviews, but I have had a terrible experience. I've had a 2023 CX-9 for less than a month and the dealership has had my car more than I have. I've had the car 3 weeks and they've had it 14 days out of that, I've taken it back 4 times. Its a 2023 Cx9 should not have these issues already! I'v had broken rotors, calipers, brakes, and now this. They gave me a AWD car with 4 different brands of tires. (If you google it thats a no-no) even roadside assistance said they should've known better. The staff is nice, so its not zero stars, but a nice staff means nothing when payment is due and I haven't even had the car. Very Disappointed. DON'T BUY HERE!!! or At least check your tires before you do. I could've went to the auction for a car that breaks down 4 times in the first month. Still haven't heard anything on this repair so maybe 16 days to my 12.

Alika was amazing when it came time to looking for a new Mazda. He was very patient and took the time to sit down and explain anything I asked. He is very kind and has amazing customer service. I was highly recommended Alika when it comes time to look into a Mazda! 10/10
