Charles was up front about possible wait time . He exlained in advance of possible fixes for the issue and what and how much the warranty would cover. Kept me informed thru every step of the rrouble shooting process..

I have 2023 chevy silverado that’s been in the shop a couple of times for the ac not working properly but not sure if it’s a service department issue or just a chevy issue. This truck takes a long time before it starts blowing cool air and when it finally does it still isn’t very good. Probably going to take it to a different dealership to get a second opinion
