The follow up is not what it should be, communication is lacking.The dealership was to replace two front tires, Ihad to follow up several times.

I have bought 6 cars from Carmax and will never buy anywhere else. From the moment you walk in the staff greets you and is friendly. You walk the lot and your salesman will check in with you from time to time. We bought a car last weekend with Nick. He is awesome. So of course we took our son who is looking to buy a truck to see Nick. He walked the lot with us , answered all our questions. We didn’t find what we are looking for but will definitely be returning and dealing with Nick.

Buying experience was fine. My walk-away thought overall was "you'll get a good car from CarMax, but you won't get a great car, at least not for the money you pay". My car had hail damage that was entirely missed by the "128 point" inspection. In addition, as a result of my car getting a minor rear end collision soon after I bought it, the body shop was able to tell that it had been repainted on the right rear quarter panel. So it had been in some level of accident, though not major. I went through with the process because these vehicles are hard to find, so I could live with the imperfections. Would I recommend CarMax? Perhaps. But I would say just understand that their vehicles are not as pristine as they state. Buyer beware.

I bought my third car from this particular Car Max dealership. The vehicle had low battery key fob, and a scratch on one of the door handles. At first, the Gm was rude and did not want to help. After dealing with the Customer care team at Car Max HQ, the issues were resolved. Manager Jorge is great with customers and cares about his customers, unlike Gm Mike.

It was an Awesome! Experience!! Easiest and Fastest way I ever had purchasing a car! Great staff will definitely be back for our next car purchase.
