This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought through CarMax and have enjoyed the experience. Such an easy process. My daughter in-law has bought through here and I have had clients do the same.

Non-disclosed rust on wheel-well; air conditioning needs charged and no owner's manual. Sales associate at first appointment did not indicate a required proof of funds for downpayment prior to later arrival plus vehicle was not ready to drive off lot despite meeting with the first associate earlier in the day to ensure seamless delivery of vehicle which by no means happened as we sat on site at second appointment for nearly 3 (THREE) hours. (Carvana takes literally ten minutes to buy or sell; no hassle, no delays, no xxxxxxxx.)

Financing a 2019 gmc terrain from carmax In Akron. We have had nothing but issues with the car. From finding two different front seats to noticing all the carpet had been replaced. We have found candy and different items inside the car when cleaning. Very unhappy. Don’t go to carmax
