Carson sold our son a car in July. When I saw the car I wanted was at Corwin, I immediately contacted him. He is a pleasure to work with. Makes the ho-hum of the whole process better.

This was by far our worst car buying experience.
This was by far our worst car buying experience. We were lied too, and the dealership could not come close to matching a deal another dealership offered only 2 days prior. We were promised that some dings would be fixed on the car we purchased at 98% and the sales person said I wouldn’t even notice them, this was not the case. We spoke to a manager and all he could do was apologize but find no resolution. We will never buy a car from Corwin again. Also, the sales person referred to me as an “unkind person” for being direct in an email and asking for what was promised. I can see why Corwin has such a low rating on Yelp.

The service was great, but I wish more had been covered
The service was great, but I wish more had been covered by the extended warranty that I purchased with the car. It was expensive and it seemed to not cover the normal things that should have been covered…

People are very nice and friendly here.
People are very nice and friendly here. Kim made sure we got our vehicle. My only issue is having to go to the back office with two guys giving me the hard sell for a warranty!! It took 5 hours to buy this car and I was exhausted after, even though I paid cash!. If the car is so great, why do I need a crazy expensive warrant? Anyway, Kim made things fun, but the warranty seller made me want to scream. Also, Kim did fair comparisons between the Subaru and the Rav 4, which was one of the things that made me purchase the car. She also did a great job of explaining how to use all the features. Definitely recommend anyone buying a Toyota at Boulder Corwin to ask for or make an appointment with Kim. She really took care of me and followed up to make sure I was happy and see if I had other questions.

Liked the service guy but asked a few questions inside and the people seemed rude and passed me off to another person. Really busy, took a long time waiting. Will try again for other work but can’t do it on a work day for sure. Unable to stay that long☹️

I recently visited Corwin Toyota expecting to look at a few cars and maybe take a test drive or two, but thanks to Chi's friendliness, transparency and expertise I ended up driving off the lot with a brand new 2024 Toyota Crown and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I was a bit apprehensive at first as this was my first time purchasing a new car, but Chi was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and didn't attempt to upsell me on anything (upgrades or otherwise) that I was clearly not interested in. I've heard plenty of horror stories about buying a new car but Chi made the entire process not only easy/simple but enjoyable. The only slightly negative remark - and this really has nothing to do with Chi but more the service department - is that I ended up having to scrub the interior sides of all the windows as they were covered with dust or some other filmy material. I didn't notice this until the day after I purchased the car, and I'm guessing it was dust or something else from the factory, but they may want to start checking that before a new car leaves the lot. Overall, color me impressed, and ask for Chi if you're looking to have a good time buying a new car!
