Fast friendly dealership
This dealership was great! We had a bad experience at the other Toyota dealership in town but these guys were great!!!! They accommodated our every need!! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

Three hours for a simple service
Interesting that there are not responses to negative reviews. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation that I had prepaid for, and it took three hours. The shop did not seem to be especially busy and I got no explanation for why my service took so long. The only thing I can think of is that Landcar plan customers are given a lower priority. After my last prepaid service, I may be going elsewhere.

Found my car!
I shopped other Dealerships, finally staying with Toyota. Farmington didn't have what I liked do we drove to Albuquerque. Stopped by and left with a new car. Salesperson Chad was awesome, felt no sales pressure. Took my time in test driving three vehicles.

1st Scheduled Service on My New Avalon
I loved the check-in process - very prompt and efficient! Quick and easy pick up process too! My service rep was busy with another customer when I went to pick up my car, but he saw me and made sure that one of the other service reps helped me right away so I wouldn't have to wait.

My Service Experience
The service was done as expected, and the service representative explained very clearly what was needed to be done. I will be back for additional service as needed. I have never had to bring my car back because a service or repair was done incorrectly.

In and out in 90 minutes is good for a Friday especially
Good experience--tells you what was done and when you need to come back. Nice waiting area and good location near strip mall so can walk over there and enjoy the stores

Unexpectedly quick recall servicing
I received a recall notice just before I was set to leave on a long weekend driving trip. The recall notice recommended not doing long distance driving or driving that would put pressure on the engine. Since I was concerned about my upcoming driving trip, I called the dealership to see if they could handle the required software update to the on board computer that would correct things. They said to bring it in and they would see if they could work it in. With a little hesitation, I took it over. They said no problem and it would only take about 45 minutes. Again, I was skeptical but left it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when they called me just a little over half an hour later and told me they were finished and I could pick up the car. That is what I call great service.
