What Buying a Car Experience Should Be
I was looking to buy a new Toyota Prius c, so I didn't need to do more than one test drive. I received help right away without feeling like I was being pushed or rushed in the process. Rick was there, available to answer all the questions I had, and would step back for a while to allow me to think out loud to my friend I had with me. He was really friendly, easy going, and did I mention I didn't feel any pressure at any point in the process? The test drive was amazing, and Rick joined in joking with my friend an my comments about it feeling like a shuttle craft not a car because it was so quiet and such a smooth ride! I had to wait a while, after deciding on which car I wanted, as all the people in financing were busy with other buyers. It was ok though, because I had calls to make to my insurance and credit union, as well as start on some paperwork with Rick. Rick came to me in intervals to let me know what was up, that it shouldn't be much longer. Jim from finance was friendly, open, and really helpful in going through all of the paperwork. He made it easier to understand the process, and answered all of my questions. Everyone is friendly and very willing to answer any question you have about your car. No question is too small or silly, because they are all as passionate about your car as you are which is great! And still, they invite you to stop by at any time with any question about your car. I highly recommend this dealership (and the Prius!!) to anyone who is looking to buy a new car.

Brittany did a great job in spite of a dock strike
The delivery of my FJ Cruiser was delayed due to a dock strike. Brittany kept me informed at every step of the process. She took the time to review the delivery of the vehicle with me in detail. When I saw a scratch on the bumper she had it fixed the same day. When the installation of the cattle guard was delayed by a third party vendor, she once again kept me informed. When it came time to take delivery of the vehicle she even drove the FJ to the rental return area at the airport to meet me because I had rented a car due to the delays that were out of her control. When we got back to the dealership, she had Abraham, who owns an FJ, go over some details that only an FJ owner would know. I could not recommend Brittany more highly. A great truck buying experience
My wife and I purchased a Toyota Tundra recently. Our sales representative was Ms. Dee Dee Gunderson, who showed great knowledge of the vehicle. We especially liked her professional manner, which made us feel comfortable making the purchase.

Good Show
Clean & pleasant facility. Richard went out of his way to accommodate us, even coming down to Belen to pick us up. He explained the Costco all the way through . Hate the haggling over price. He was very helpful & cordial even checking with us after the purchase.

Andrew Banks was my first contact with this dealership. Andrew was knowledgeable and thorough with giving me all the information I needed for my situation so I could make the best decision for myself. He shared with me about the ToyotaCare Plus that is offered, which I was not aware of. I was able to get my 30,000 mile check-up taken care of and a key/clicker replaced in a VERY timely manner. Andrew took the time to explain the answers to my questions in a friendly and polite manner. Andrew took the time to go online for me to give me the phone number for ToyotaCare Plus so I would have it in my Toyota when I left the dealership. I am VERY pleased with my experience at the Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership! I would recommend their services to others. Purchase of 2015 Highlander
Exceptional experience. Communication was excellent regarding vehicle's arrival. Staff knew and explained every feature of vehicle. Vehicle prep was efficient and thorough. Paperwork execution for sale was straightforward and communicated well. Highlander living up to it consumer ratings and staff have followed up through many channels to ensure that my expectations have been met. Great experience overall.

Excellent service
Great service as always. Honest and fair employees. They fixed my air conditioning by simply replacing my cabin filter when they could have told me that I needed my A/C recharged (I wouldn't have known any different). Also, my representative took the time to look up what type of oil my vehicle could use and discovered that it can take conventional oil, which saved my a lot of money on my oil change. You guys (and gals) rock!

Consistently dependable
