I had very bad experience with this place.

I had very bad experience with this place. I bought a new Rav4, and the windshield cracked after a few days for no apparent reason, I was told it was probably due to humidity and cold weather. When I called the dealership to report the problem the man who claimed he was a manager laughed at me and hanged up the phone.

I walked in with a tight budget and needed to get out of

I walked in with a tight budget and needed to get out of a car I was under on. The sales rep (Gabe) presented numbers that were over what I wanted to pay but I decided to agree. While I was trying to fill out paperwork he would disappear and when I had questions I had to hunt him down or a different staff member to help. In the end I made it to end the finance rep said that the initial monthly payment I was going to pay wasn’t going to be approved, but at this point I had already added the new car to my insurance. So I now have to pay sixty more dollars a month than what I was told, which is a hundred over the budget I could afford walking in. Oh well, I guess if I’m going to get screwed you would think the customer service would at least be attentive.

Adrienne and Chris made the whole experience much better than I was expecting. They found a better interest rate than the one I was pre-approved for and Adrienne streamlined the paperwork as much as he could. Would definitely return and recommend.
