If I could give this dealership less than 1 star I would.

If I could give this dealership less than 1 star I would. In fact, I had to file a complaint with the local better business bureau and the secretary of state because of how poor my treatment was at this location. I was a dedicated customer and had purchased 3 vehicles from them over the past 10 years and have always felt like they sort of cared, but once you left and returned for service, or any other reason, that you were a nuisance. A very long story short, the last car a purchased from them had to be "lemon lawed" and returned and rebuilt. When that lease was up I agreed to purchase from them and bought a brand new vehicle, that was slightly over my budget, that required service for a major engine issue over 3 times, within 3 years, for the exact same issue. Each time the repair took more than 2 months to complete because there was always an excuse with a part on BO, or a technician to busy, and each time I had to argue with a manager to get a loaner vehicle for several months while I waited. I was told no on a loaner each time until after discussing the length of my repairs, were able to magically have one available when i was initally told there were none to be had. On this most recent repair, of the same issue, I was informed it was now out of warranty and would have to pay entirely out of pocket to the tune of around 4K just to make it driveable. Keep in mind this was just over a 3yr old car that was purchased new. when I asked if there was any program that would help offset the cost I was told no. I appealed directly to the car manufacturer and was granted about 1/2 of the cost to help, which was welcome. The day I was told my car was complete.......3.5 months after it was dropped off, I received a call saying they had just found a new problem on their test drive and that it needed another $400 repair that day! I asked if this could be covered since it was not initially quoted or found upon initial inspection and seemed like an issue that may have come up during the repair process and was told no. I escalated this to a manager and after threatening to retain legal counsel, immediately was put in touch with him. Long story short, they would not cover or write off any of the remaining amount and said, "we value all our customers and you have been a great one for a long time with us, however, I can not run a business by giving repairs away even though I know we could have done better" . I did not pursue further action, however the state is notifying them of their potentially bad business practices and I will never ever step foot in that building again.

Exceptional - purchasing a vehicle is an act in trust.

Exceptional - purchasing a vehicle is an act in trust. I trusted Annie (and now trust her more) - and she honored every word, and -very specifically - the sale price of an AMAZING SUBARU OUTBACK, and she honored her phone offer for my cars trade. No back tracking, shifty numbers, or shenanigans. The sale, was seamless! No hustle, no back end pressure. Just amazing service predicated on trust. Oh, the travel to Bloomington from Springfield was approximately an hour drive worth THOUSANDS of dollars. More importantly TRUST made that drive worth the trip!

Previously owned Mercedes.

Previously owned Mercedes. Purchased new Subaru in Oct from same dealership. My first routine “maintenance” of Subaru a few weeks ago. As always…Excellent service but at much less cost. I’m a convert to Subaru.

We had the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car,

We had the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car, especially since we were looking to buy pre-owned . They brought over a vehicle from their Peoria location just so we could test drive. Minimum hassle and negotiation. Alexandrea and Wilson were great to work with. Highly recommend!
