I had an amazing experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Princeton, from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to give me the best deal with my trade in and sale purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler Sport. The whole process went smoothly and was done in a couple of hours. I'd like to thank everyone at CDJR of Princeton, especially Patty, Ali, Andrew and Max. I also would like to thank Anthony in the service department. I had a few questions after my purchase and he was wonderful. You all are commited to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely recommend your services to my family and friends.

Flew in to Newark, they picked me up. Did a lease and no other dealer could match. Salesman was Patrick. Very easy Transaction. Everything was ready when I got there. Even though it was an 8 hour drive home, I would buy from again.

We went to look at a 2020 Jeep Cherokee (which we wound up purchasing). We traveled an hour + to get to CDJR of Princeton. I originally dealt with Mike Pezzella in online sales. When we got there, he put us with Marcus a salesman. The test drive went well, and we got down to brass tacks. Marcus was very transparent with everything and there was no hard-sell. I noticed the front tires were a little shabby and they put 4 new tires on. When they were putting the tires on, they didn't like the condition of the brakes, so they put on 4 new rotors and new brake pads on all 4 wheels. Nick in the finance department was a gentleman (shook your hand and looked you in the eye like my father raised me). Once again, very transparent and no hard-sell. Talking with Marcus and Nick was like talking with old friends. If you see a car at CDJR of Princeton, it's worth the trip. You will not be disappointed.

Took my son to test drive a bmw that was in perfect condition with a price of $32000. When we sat down with the salesman he showed us another invoice for $3000 for new brakes and tires. Then another invoice for $500 for flashing brake lights. After purchasing the car the $500 brake lights do not flash and my mechanic tells me it needs brakes. Called several times and was told I’ll call you back. Still waiting for that. Return phone call.

Called to schedule service on my son’s Jeep.
Called to schedule service on my son’s Jeep. Al surrounding dealerships were 3-4 weeks out. Princeton Jeep squeezed me in next day with loaner, ordered parts and had car back to me 3 days later. Amazing service from a terrific team of professionals. I would highly recommend.

At first, it was pleasant.
At first, it was pleasant. Then downhill from there unfortunately. First interactions were w/ Mark and Nichole over the phone and email, and they were very pleasant and responsive. Nick was great too! Knowledgeable, patient, informative, flexible. Unfortunately, my interactions with salesman, Andrew Yasunas, weren't as pleasant. Overall, I felt pressured by Andrew during the car buying experience, he frequently danced around my questions instead of answering directly and in full, his emails/texts felt rude and impersonable, and he was illogical/dishonest with me at times. Issues: 1. On Monday May 15th, Andrew texted me that there was a 6:00pm appt for someone to see the vehicle. I found it odd since I had placed a hold that expired that day. At 6:30pm, Andrew texted me saying that customers had arrived to look at the vehicle. Several days later during negotiations, Andrew stated via text that they had kept the vehicle on hold for me for the week. If that was the case, then why was the vehicle shown the previous Monday at 6pm? Although the verbal agreement was to hold the car until Monday, why was Andrew using a weeklong hold as leverage to sell me the car? 2. In the same negotiation text, I asked Andrew if an additional $500 could be taken off the Base Selling Price of $39,991, which would total approx $44,100 after taxes/fees. Andrew's reply was that I was asking for a total of $42,500. That was not what I was proposing to Andrew. Andrew continued in the text saying, "We are sturdy at our $43,000 since we have discounted the car for you and have held the car for a week for you. Can we agree to our original agreement at $43,000...?" This greatly perplexed me, as Nick had declined my offer of $43,000 one week earlier. I asked Andrew for an updated invoice. He said his managers were too busy but would send an updated invoice 2 days later. I told him that $43,000 after taxes/fees would be good with me. 3. Two days later, Andrew said he was working on getting the invoice and asked when I could take delivery of the car. I had told him days before that I would decide after receiving the updated invoice. I replied to Andrew at 4:07pm thanking him for working on the invoice. I also voiced my concern that I was feeling rushed and that I wanted to set a date/time to come back to the store AFTER we have made our final agreements. I expressed to Andrew that I did not feel welcomed and asked him if he could be more personable and empathetic. At 5:19pm, Andrew replied back that the car was sold...that was May 22nd. Today June 2nd, the vehicle still appears for sale on the store's website. So, that was a blatant lie and likely Andrew could not accept objective criticism and request. I sent staff an email voicing these concerns and have been ignored ever since. If you do business with CDJR of Princeton, avoid Andrew at all costs.
