I had such a wonderful experience with Camille.

I had such a wonderful experience with Camille. This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have had buying a car. As a first time Jeep owner, I can’t speak highly enough of everyone I met at the dealership. I was comfortable the whole time and really felt that Camille and Max were there to assist me. She was patient and answered all of my questions fully. It is evident that she enjoys her job and the people she meets. If you are buying a car, go and see Camille. In addition, the dealership provided me extra service (brakes and tires) as a good faith measure. What a wonderful team of professionals!

Bait and Switch

I was contacted by two different sales representatives at this dealership stating that the car I was interested in was available and they setup a time and to test drive the vehicle. I was even contacted by the dealer a few hours before my appointment to confirm our meeting. We get there and are told the vehicle is a loaner, it is not on the lot and is not for sale. But they would be happy to help us with another vehicle. I was even asked for a $500 deposit for a car that does not exist. A great waste of our time. I do feel for people that work for such an organization. The disappointing part is that the same vehicle is still on this and other website waiting to dupe the next trusting sole. Shame, shame Car.com. Shopper and buyer beware.

Rob Morton at this location is one of the nicest people

Rob Morton at this location is one of the nicest people in sales I have ever met. He is very genuine and only looking to make his customers happy. I will be recommending my family and friends to visit this location and specifically check in with Rob. Thanks again Rob! You made my car shopping experience a pleasant one!

"Avoid.

"Avoid...Avoid...Avoid".... Mathematical gymnastics, hidden fees, deceptive and misleading! You'll love the added $500 "lost key" fee which you must pay and it's taxable... Can't use own low financing either or they add $3,000 to the price!!! Told salesman where I needed to be with $X downpayment and what needed to be corrected on the vehicle. Couldn't be more clear... get to dealership and the game begins... Waste of my time. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!!! PEACE!

First, their prices online are only for finance.

First, their prices online are only for finance. When I came here, I was told they cannot give me that price if paying by cash. It's definitely a defraud. Second, after many negotiations, we make a deal on a price. They promised me they would fix all scratches and the vehicle would be perfect. That's the reason why I pay the deposit. However, the next day when I came, there is a deep scratch on the left front face. They said the did not have the ability to fix it. So disappointing it is. Third, as I am an international student without SSN or tax number of I 10 number. They told me they cannot register my car in PA with out one of these three documents. It's so ridiculous. I bought a Lexus before and they did not need these documents. I told them I can provide them the SSN denial letter. They said they cannot register. I cannot bear myself to laugh. They must have thought I am a foreigner here so have no idea about the registration. But I have bought a car before and I cannot believe what they said. I asked my friend, I know they wanna use my identity to do finance although I have pay the full money to them. Last but not least, be enough careful when doing business with these guys. What they care is all about the money.

Unprofessional behavior

Watch out for these sketchy people. They refuse give me my Bill of Sale for the car that I’m trying to purchase. It’s an $80.000 car, and forcing me to pay $20.000 down payment for very high rating with their bank. (My credit score 750+ and i offered them to get my own loan from my own bank and they refused). Now they won’t give my $5000 deposit but i will dispute it through my bank. They destroyed my credit score even though i told them not to run it more than 1 time. They ran it 4 times already.

Baker Jeep: Where profits matter, but customers do not. I...

Baker Jeep: Where profits matter, but customers do not. I have had a miserable and disheartening experience with Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Princeton, NJ over a used car purchase of a 2012 BMW 550i. At the time of purchase, I received a 30-day warranty covering the engine, transmission, and all-wheel drive. Within three days and under 150 miles of ownership, the oil warning light came on. What followed was six weeks of frustration, anxiety, and stress. In all, the car was out of service for 22 of the first 27 days of full ownership, including two separate trips to Baker Jeep who held the car for a total of 13 days. Despite all evidence to the contrary, Baker Jeep denied the car had an oil leak and released it twice with dangerously low levels of oil. I finally took the car to the local BMW dealership who quickly and competently diagnosed the following problems: A catastrophic oil leak due to damaged oil valve seals, cracked thrust arm bushings, incompetent installation (by Baker Jeep) of a right front outer axle boot, damaged turbo inlet pipes, a cracked rear driveshaft flex joint disc, and coolant seep. In short, a car I purchased for just under $17000 with a 30-day warranty needed almost $15000 dollars’ worth of safety repairs just to make the car road-worthy and to pass Pennsylvania state inspection. Most disturbingly, the repairs were all critical safety repairs fully covered by the Baker Jeep warranty, and not simply cosmetic issues. These repairs were required to make the car safe to drive, and NOT a case of trying to make an old car new again. Baker Jeep failed to complete any of these warranty-covered safety repairs successfully. Their willingness to disregard NJ warranty law is reprehensible, and clearly a breach of contract. Fortunately, the catastrophic oil leak was covered by a long-standing class action legal settlement (NOT a recall) with BMW. Still, I had to pay over $5000 out of pocket for the required safety repairs that Baker Jeep failed to complete, a 30% increase over the purchase price of the car. It is profoundly disturbing that a once-reputable family-owned dealership would sink to such deplorable levels of denial and deception to evade their legal warranty obligation. I specifically restricted my car search to dealerships because of concerns about possibly purchasing a flood-damaged car in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. I wasn’t flooded, but I sure was burned. Do know that integrity is NOT included with any car purchased at Baker Jeep. They are a den of snakes.

My experience with Camille was just plain awesome. She helped me build my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My car was delivered to the dealership in just 6 weeks. Camille is the best car sales rep I’ve ever dealt with. It was a pleasure.
