I was pretty nervous going into this because buying a car usually feels stressful, especially with financing. Whipz completely changed that for me. They were very upfront about everything from the start — pricing, payments, warranty, all of it. No surprises and no pressure, which I really appreciated. If I had a question, they explained it in a way that actually made sense. The car itself was in great shape. Clean, well taken care of, and exactly what they said it was. I’ve had it for a bit now and it’s been running great. The whole process was way easier than I expected. The application was simple, communication was clear, and nothing felt dragged out or confusing. It felt organized, not chaotic like some dealerships I’ve dealt with before. Overall, it just felt honest. I didn’t leave feeling second-guessed or taken advantage of, which is rare with car buying. I’d definitely recommend Whipz to friends or family.

Was sold a car with defective headlights. Was told by Whipz to take the car in and pay for it… They said they would reimburse me. Two months later, I am still waiting for the check, and looking for a way to take whips to court for my money.
