Great experience until the end hiccup.

Great experience until the end hiccup. Advertised rate was 1.99-3.99%. They gave me 8.5% rate with credit score 835/850 top 5% in the country. I agreed to it so my daughter don’t get upset. I was gonna call the purchase off but felt bad because it’s the first car for my graduate daughter. Not happy at all. Why they did this? Is it a minority thing? They didn’t know I can pay cash which I went home paid the remaining balance. I don’t like being talking advantage of. I paid $48 in interest and paid off the car. Makes me think twice now about going back. Service was great. Chris salesman was awesome to the end. He even came on his day off to complete the sale. They burned themselves by trying to sneak a very high rate on me. Big mistake. This is my 8th new Honda.

Experience was nothing less than perfect. From friendly faces, to working out payments that fit my budget and even lowering my payment just because the finance guy is amazing at his job.

I walked over to car sales, Kenneth Robinson approached me. He listened to what I had to say. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was there for service and wound up going home in a new car. Very knowledgeable and curtious staff. We had one hiccup during my Ridgeline purchase, no fault of theirs, and they came through with an alternative plan right away. The whole staff stepped up and got everything done quickly.

the salesman was thorough and answered all my questions.

the salesman was thorough and answered all my questions. i would have liked a little more up front information about recommended repair needs since i don’t know about car mechanics, but the salesman was thorough in his advice when i ask questions. he was helpful in working out follow up appointments and even my transportation needs. All employees were courteous and the records and billing are thorough and clear. i have come to Honda Middleburg for years because i trust them and have bought 2cars from them.
