Very poor. Even when our wrecker when back today to relocate my car, the driver has to ask more than once to get the car off the rack. He heard Lee say that he didn't care how long the car stayed on the rack. Bottom line. Me or my family will never never shop there again period.

My grandaughter found her dream car at Lake Hartwell Ford! I donot know who the salesperson was but she and her husband was extremely pleased! A week later my son found the perfect truck there and Megan was his sales lady! She did an excellent job for him and Ryan and Lawson helped in the F & I department! Everyone did an fantastic job for my family and I was along for the ride was impressed as well! Great dealership with great staff!!

They did what they said they would and I like the truck a whole lot even though I didn’t get to drive it, but 35 miles and it broke down, but that wasn’t their fault. It was a faulty fuel pump. Module could’ve happened to anybody, but I was happy with my experience to be honest with you. But if y’all want to make me really happy, you can give me the $335. I had to spend make it work. LOL

It is very easy to make an appointment to have your vehicle serviced. When you get there, you would go to the service office turn your keys in and there is a waiting area or you’re able to look around at the other cars while you’re waiting. they are very nice and professional. I will have my car service there again.
