I was notified of a recall on my car and called to schedule an appointment, and was brought in within a few days. The recall was taken care of, although they could never pin down why my air conditioner, intermittently blows, hot air, instead of cold. If I turn my car off it reboot the computer and the air comes back on. Lee made the appointment for Me, took care of the needed. Recall Repair and contacted me when my car was ready to pick up. I had a pleasant experience with Lake Hartwell, Ford Service Dept.
