Super fast end to end process. Minimal paperwork so best of all ZERO haggling !! Ya maybe could have got a better price or may be not at a regular dealership but knowing that everyone is paying the same price makes it more assuring.

From a purchase car perspective it was very easy to work with Carmax. From the online.experience, to the test drive, to the final car purchase. The OTD price online was the same at the time of purchase at the Carmax location. Straight forward car buying experience.

Had a vehicle delivered from elsewhere and a good experience. Quite a lengthy process but the sales rep was much easier to deal with than at conventional dealers. Would return.

Literally never heard from them. I then reserved and shipped the car online thru the CarMax website to my local CarMax only to be told the car was actually held for a different customer. I even went through the financing and the was all set. A day later the local CarMax calls and says sorry that car really wasn’t available. Seriously unprofessional
